When approaching the home, there was the sound of water spraying by the front door. A leak in the main water supply was identified. As discussed, this repair has been completed.

Mold was identified on the inside of the vehicle. The source seemed to be from the trunk and a small fold-up chair that was damp. The mold spread mostly in the back on the seats. It did not spread underneath the seats. This issue was addressed immediately and the vehicle thoroughly cleaned.
